Dane Robinson – Property Inspector
Your property inspector, Dane Robinson, knows Auckland better than most.
Dane Robinson is a Licensed Building Practitioner holding the classes of site management and carpentry.
Prior to starting with The Property Inspectors, Dane was working in site and project management for large volume group home builders.
Dane has overseen close to 100 builds. These have ranged from standalone houses, terraced houses, and three level walk-up apartments. With involvement from conception through civil works to client handover. Dane has learnt a broader range than most, having to be prepared to work through solutions for all aspects of construction.
His passion for the construction industry started when he completed his Trade Certificate in Glazing in 2008. Since then, working his way from hands on the tools through to project management.
